In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "We", "Us", and "Our" refers to Untamed Affair, its owners, operators, and authorised representatives.
• "You" and "Customer" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or purchases from our store.
• "Products" refers to all items listed for sale on our platform, including intimate wellness products.
• "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase transaction initiated by a customer.
• "Platform" refers to our website and any associated digital channels through which sales are conducted.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Our platform is strictly for adults. By accessing our website or placing an order, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• The purchase and possession of adult wellness products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer does not meet these eligibility requirements. Untamed Affair shall bear no liability for any breach of these conditions by the customer.

An order is confirmed only upon successful completion of payment. Until payment is confirmed, no contract of sale exists between you and Untamed Affair.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or adjust any order at our discretion. Where we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

We accept the following payment methods, all processed securely through Flutterwave:

• Debit and credit card payments
• Bank transfer
• USSD payments

All transactions are encrypted using Flutterwave's secure payment infrastructure. Your billing statement will reflect a neutral merchant name to protect your privacy.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time to reflect changes in availability, supply costs, or market conditions. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmed payment, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, logistics, and circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or force majeure events.

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, descriptions, or brand identifiers appear on the outside of any parcel. The sender information used on delivery documentation is designed to be neutral and non-identifying.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable delivery address is provided. Untamed Affair is not liable for lost or undeliverable parcels resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or used. This policy applies without exception and is consistent with health and safety standards applicable to personal wellness products.

We will address claims where:

• You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
• Your item arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed to be defective upon first opening.

To raise a claim, you must:

• Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
• Provide your order reference number.
• Submit clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Claims submitted outside this window or without supporting evidence may not be considered.

Where a valid claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• Replacement of the affected item.
• Store credit to the equivalent value.

We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable Nigerian consumer protection law. All resolutions are handled with complete discretion and professionalism.

Untamed Affair warrants only that products will be dispatched in the condition listed at the time of purchase. Beyond the remedies described in Section 5 above, no additional warranties, express or implied, are provided. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose beyond general personal use.

Product descriptions on our platform are provided for guidance only. Customers are encouraged to contact us with questions before purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untamed Affair shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with usage guidance provided with a product.
• Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
• Any loss resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• Technical interruptions to our platform or payment systems.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Untamed Affair is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and any subsequent amendments or successor legislation.

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and provide our services:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Payment transaction reference (processed and held by Flutterwave, not stored by us)

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your order
• Communicating with you about your order or any queries
• Sending transactional notifications such as order confirmation and dispatch updates
• Sending marketing communications only where you have provided explicit consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:

• Flutterwave, solely for the purpose of processing your payment
• Courier and logistics partners, solely for the purpose of delivering your order
• Nigerian regulatory authorities, where required by law

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by Nigerian law. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in compliance with standard accounting and tax obligations.

Under the NDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

• Attempt to access areas of the platform that are not publicly available.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or copy content from our platform.
• Resell our products commercially without our prior written consent.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first at support@untamedaffair.com. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and with full discretion. The majority of concerns can be addressed directly and amicably.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 21 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, if unresolved, to the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Act, the Consumer Protection Council Act, and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify customers via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of our platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
